About this Event

We invite you to join the NJMML team and monument artist Michelle Angela Ortiz to learn about the progress of the North New Jersey monument design. Michelle will be presenting the concept of the monument based on the information and stories collected from public dialogues and workshops with community members in North Jersey. This session will give participants a chance to understand the structures for the monument and the stories that will be represented. It also serves as an opportunity to share responses to the monument design concepts and to collectively think about programming in connection with the monument.
