Gloria Kates is a counselor, businessperson, and retired from the Bridgeton School District after 34 years in the following positions: Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to the Superintendent of Schools for 10 years; Guidance Secretary at Bridgeton High School for 23 years; and Secretary to the Director of Elementary Education for one year. In the community, Gloria serves on the Board of Directors at Seabrook Educational and Cultural Center; and served on the Board of Directors of Manna from Heaven; Secretary – Greater Vineland NAACP; and as a member of the Bridgeton High School’s Dr. Geraldyn O. Foster and the George Baker-Jamison Maplewood Gardens scholarship committees.
