Michelle Gil is the Director of Community Outreach at Catholic Charities Diocese of Metuchen and manages the Unity Square Community Center.

She leads programs in food security, immigrant advocacy, and workforce development. Michelle holds a Master’s in Global Development and Social Justice and is dedicated to inclusive, community-driven change.
