Ralph E. Hunter, Sr. is the founder and president of the African American Heritage Museum of Southern NJ (AAHMSNJ). Over three decades, Hunter has acquired culturally significant pieces that number in the thousands. At the museum’s two locations (Atlantic City & Newtonville) and through its Traveling Museum, Hunter shares his treasured collection with all who are interested in the honest depiction of the African American experience.
